Corporate Social Responsibility by Derewala Industries Limited is not merely a mandatory requirement under the Companies Act 2013 but an aim to do business in a socially responsible way while making profits and to have a positive impact on the environment and stakeholders, including consumers, employees, investors, communities, and others.
CSR includes activities aimed at Community Development, Promoting Education, safeguarding the Environment, Protection of art and culture, Women Empowerment, Rural Development, Eradicating Hunger, Animal Welfare, Promoting Health Care, and more, and are implemented in partnership with Trusts registered under Income Tax Act 1961 and under Companies Act 2013 for undertaking CSR activities and/or directly by the Company.
